Tencent Charity Foundation invites Hong Kong Enharmonica to participate in its annual event

“99 Giving Day”

Tencent Charity Foundation has invited TVB and Hong Kong Enharmonica to perform the Cantonese version of the event’s theme song “Together for Good”. Hong Kong Enharmonica Music Director @ Hong Kong Palace Museum Shirley Choi enriched the original song with Chinese and Rock & Roll elements, especially highlighting Hong Kong’s “East Meets West” culture. Choi leads our members, performing with Hong Kong singers Gigi Yim and Aska Cheung. This collaboration aims to actualise the vision of inclusivity through music, and through this cooperation spread the message “Together for Good” simultaneously in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Our erhu player Yeung Enhua notes, “This is the first time that I, as an erhu player, work with Rock & Roll music. We hope to inspire everyone to try new things and contribute to creating a world where people with various abilities can work together for charity.”

The Cantonese version of the song has been released on September 3rd.
